Bungalow Renovation

Renovating previously remodeled vintage homes is always a challenge and this one was full of awkward and unwelcoming spaces.  Returning the character to this historic bungalow was a primary goal of well as providing bright gathering spaces for a modern lifestyle.  . New built-in cabinetry and new kitchen return  the vintage character that had been removed from the home and long views make the spaces feel much larger than they did previously.  Reconfiguring the layout of the kitchen and porch spaces to incorporate the adjacent bedroom.
